CG Higgins Chile Caramel Corn

We got some of this at the office last week, and here is what we can tell you about it – IT’S HOT!  Not like, “Hey, this has a nice little kick to it”, more like “MY MOUTH IS ON FIRE!”  It was awesome.

All of the CG Higgins caramel corn is cooked in small batches in copper kettles, using only pure basic like sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and molasses.  They then add their own air popped corn, and premium natural flavorings like New Mexico red and green chile and lavendar.  How do they keep it fresh?  Nothing you can’t pronounce, just a touch of rosemary oil.

The Chile Caramel Corn that we were enjoying around the office is made of the “Christmas” mix of chiles – red AND green.  Good stuff – trust us.
