Motorola Droid Razr(s)

To some extent, modern smart phones are all the same. Unless they are carbon fiber. (Yes, technically Kevlar, but whatever.) Today Motorola has released three new Droid phones, and we’re pretty sure that these ARE the droids we’re looking for.

Features we care about include Carbon fiber, Carbon fiber, and we forget what the third thing was, but it’s really cool. The three models all start with Motorola Droid Razr, so we’ll be skipping that part of the names now. All also include a 1.5Ghz Dual-core cpu, and 1GB of RAM, and a minimum of Android 4.04, expected to be upgraded to 4.1 by year’s end. The ‘M’ at the end is the base model, with a 4.3inch, 960×540 screen, a 2000mah battery, and a partly Kevlar back, but is missing the cool wrap-around Kevlar that the other models have. Moving up a step is the ‘HD’ model, so called due to it’s 4.7 inch, 1280×720 screen, a 2500mah batter, and mostly importantly, the cool full Kevlar back. Last and definitely not least is the ‘MAXX HD’. It is almost identical to the HD model on the outside, but has 32GB of internal memory, and a very beefy 3300mah battery.

You’ll find us in line for the MAXX when it comes out this winter.
